Landscaping and Lawn Care QuickBooks Cleanupand a time that fits the week
Open the calendar when you want a call. The page does not load it for you on arrival.
Write a noteWhat to have in mind
A sorted folder is not required before you pick a time. You need a sentence. Which month will not tie, whether someone paid you before the mowing started, and whether a machine landed in the books as a terrible week. Those three are enough for a useful half hour.
Keep account numbers, card numbers, and a full return out of this note. A signed engagement can later name how statements should travel. That first conversation maps which stops repeat and which ones are only a feeling.
The calendar below stays empty until you press the button. That is on purpose. A calendar that wakes up by itself will yank this page down before you have read a line. Moving further down this page leaves the day list out of the frame. Skip the calendar if you want. The form under this section reaches the same people.
Have the route list nearby if you already keep one, even on paper. We can talk from a description. A list makes the talk faster. Either way, you will be talking with the practice about your yards, not sitting through a tour of a menu.
The day list stays off this page until you press the button, so the yards stay readable when you arrive. A route with a missing name, a January check, or a mower in the wrong week is enough to open the days. If the days never show, the phone number in the bottom bar reaches the practice.
Or send a note instead
If a calendar is the wrong tool this week, write the sentence here.
You will be talking to the Steven Palmieri practice.
